To ensure all the details are correct and flow properly, we will collaborate with your contractor and specialty installers. Morgan & Manor will take care of the process from start to finish, so you don’t have to worry about ordering timelines, issues or storing items. Design Fee will be determined after the Scope of Work has been determined.

Home Staging

We use thoughtfully curated furniture sets, a professional moving service, and our intuitive staging skills to get your home staged efficiently in just a few hours!

Personal Shopping

Have a vision for your home but not sure how to put it all together? Hosting a holiday party and want to give your dining room a makeover? Or maybe you just don’t have the time to go shopping! Allow us to shop the best home décor stores for you with our designer discount. We start out with a consultation to hone in on your style and go from there. This is a convenient option whether you’re looking to style one room or your whole house.

Estimated Cost: Packages start at $250- Includes consultation, hourly shopping rate, and installation. Contact us for a free estimate.

Consultations

Consultations are included with all services. However, they are also offered on their own for those who aren’t sure of what service they’re looking for. Its also a great way to see if we make a good fit for your project! We offer both in-person and virtual consultations, up to one hour.

Estimated Cost: $200- Counts as a deposit towards a service of your choice.
